Four of the 10 highest volleyball NIL Score rankings spots belong to Nebraska players, and the No. 3 name on the list plays for Indiana, not the Cornhuskers. Here are the top 10 women’s volleyball players by RallyFuel NIL Score as of Nov. 7, 2026, and what the numbers say about how NIL momentum gets built.
Quick summary
- Nebraska has four of the top 10: Harper Murray (42.6), Bergen Reilly (40.9), Laney Choboy (38.1) and Andi Jackson (36.3).
- Indiana’s Izzy Clark is No. 3 at 39.7 because her fan demand score is a perfect 100, even with a performance score of 8.
- Eight of the 10 players have a fan demand score of zero, so visibility and social reach decide most of the order.
- The only player from outside the power conferences is Mary Nahinu of Alaska Anchorage (36.4).
How the RallyFuel NIL Score works
The RallyFuel NIL Score, labeled NIL Index on athlete profiles, is a number out of 100 built from four parts: performance, NIL visibility, social power and fan demand. It measures NIL momentum, not who is the best player on the court. It is not a dollar value or a contract estimate.
The figures here come from RallyFuel’s own athlete data, read on Nov. 7, 2026, across more than 2,700 active volleyball profiles with a score. We ranked women’s players who have a 2026 season on file. Our NIL glossary explains the terms if you are new to the topic.

How we built the list
We started with every volleyball profile marked as an active roster player and not hidden, kept women’s players with a 2026 season on file, and sorted by composite score rounded to one decimal. There are no ties in the top 10. A player with a strong season but little social reach can sit lower than a teammate with the opposite profile, which is the point of the score: it tracks NIL momentum, not box-score output.
Nebraska’s four-player lead
Murray leads the list at 42.6. Her performance score is 21, but her NIL visibility (88) and social power (88) carry her to the top. Reilly follows at 40.9 with a profile of 26, 77 and 82 across the first three parts. Choboy (38.1) is the clearest example of visibility over production: a performance score of 5, offset by 85 in visibility, 78 in social power and 15 in fan demand. Jackson rounds out the group at 36.3.
The four average 39.5 points, well ahead of any other school on this list. The University of Nebraska has the deepest group on this list, and you can see the full roster on its volleyball team page.
Why Izzy Clark ranks third
Clark’s profile looks nothing like Nebraska’s. Her performance (8), NIL visibility (26) and social power (34) are all modest, yet her fan demand score is 100. That one component lifts her to 39.7, ahead of Choboy and Duke’s Charlotte Glass (36.5). No other player in the top 10 has a fan demand score above 15. Her team page at Indiana University shows the rest of the Hoosiers.
Where the rest of the list comes from
The Big Ten supplies six of the 10 spots (Nebraska four, Indiana one, Penn State one), the SEC two and the ACC one. See the Big Ten conference page for every league school. Here is the rest of the field:
- Charlotte Glass of Duke is fifth at 36.5, with a performance score of 19.
- Mary Nahinu is sixth at 36.4, with 85 in NIL visibility from Alaska Anchorage.
- Ella Swindle (34.1) and Torrey Stafford (33.5) give Texas two entries.
- Kennedy Martin of Penn State is ninth at 33.7, with a performance score of 27.
What this list is not
This is not a ranking of the best volleyball players in the country. Across the top 10, the average performance score is only 17.8, while the average NIL visibility score is 71.4. The highest performance score in the group is Stafford’s 28.
