Utah has three of the top 10 spots in our gymnastics NIL Score rankings, and Avery Neff leads the sport at 46.5, almost 10 points clear of the next gymnast. Here are the top 10 college gymnasts by RallyFuel NIL Score as of Nov. 8, 2026, ahead of the January start to the NCAA season, and why some gymnasts reach this list on reach rather than results.
Quick summary
- Avery Neff of Utah leads at 46.5, 9.8 points ahead of Florida’s Skye Blakely (36.7).
- Utah has three of the top 10 and Florida has two. LSU has one in the top 10 and four in the top 25.
- Six of the top 10 have a performance score above zero. Four gymnasts reach the list on NIL visibility and social power alone.
- Only 31 of 481 scored gymnasts have a performance score above zero, so the list rewards reach as much as results.
How the RallyFuel NIL Score works
The RallyFuel NIL Score, labeled NIL Index on athlete profiles, is a number out of 100 built from four parts: performance, NIL visibility, social power and fan demand. It measures NIL momentum, not dollars earned, and it is not a contract value. The NIL glossary explains the terms, and the RallyFuel NIL Score leaderboard shows how whole schools compare.
The figures come from RallyFuel’s own athlete data, read on Nov. 8, 2026, across 481 active gymnastics profiles with a score. We ranked athletes marked as active roster players, sorted by composite score rounded to one decimal. Athletes marked inactive are not included. For a look at the same method in other sports, see our volleyball NIL Score rankings and wrestling NIL Score rankings.

Utah leads on depth
Neff is the only gymnast above 40. Her profile shows a performance score of 44, NIL visibility of 85, social power of 64 and fan demand of 5, a balance no one else on the list matches. Two Utah teammates follow her into the top 10: Poppy-Grace Stickler in fourth (33.8) and Clara Raposo in eighth (28.5). Both have performance scores above 40, which is why they rank above gymnasts with larger social followings.
Utah’s 12 scored gymnasts average 19.5, the highest average among schools with at least two gymnasts in the top 25. A fourth Utah gymnast also sits in the top 25. See the full roster on the Utah gymnastics page on RallyFuel.
Visibility moves the order in gymnastics
Jordan Chiles of UCLA has the highest NIL visibility score in the top 10 at 92.5, and Kayla DiCello (85.14) and Blakely (85.1) are close behind, both of Florida. All three have a performance score of zero, so their places come from visibility, social power and, for Chiles and Blakely, a fan demand score of 15. Emma Malewski of Clemson also reaches sixth with a performance score of zero, on visibility of 75 and social power of 73.
A zero performance score does not say a gymnast is not competing. It means the performance part of the formula has no value on that profile today, so the composite leans on the other three parts. That is why we describe this list as NIL momentum, not a ranking of who scores best on the floor, beam, bars or vault. For results-based coverage of other Olympic sports, see our college swimming rankings.
Fan demand is the rarest signal. Only 17 of 481 scored gymnasts have any fan demand at all. Konnor McClain of LSU is one of them (15), and with visibility of 71.5 she ranks ninth at 27.5. Her LSU teammate Kailin Chio is 12th at 26.0, so just outside the top 10.
Which conferences show up
The top 10 spans several leagues. Florida and LSU compete in the SEC, while UCLA and Michigan compete in the Big Ten. Taylor DeVries of Oregon State (28.8) and Ava Jordan of Michigan (27.0) both reach the list on a performance score near 40 rather than on social reach, which makes them the clearest results-led names outside Utah.
Reading the scores
The average scored gymnast on RallyFuel has a NIL Score of 11.9, so every gymnast in the top 10 scores at least twice the sport average. Neff’s 46.5 is almost four times it. The gap between first and second place (9.8 points) is larger than the gap between second and 10th (9.7 points), which shows how much separates the leader from the pack.
Because scores update as profiles and social data change, a gymnast can move several places between now and the January start of the college season. Treat the table as a snapshot of NIL momentum on Nov. 8, 2026. Gymnastics NIL Score FAQ
Who has the highest NIL Score in college gymnastics?
Avery Neff of Utah leads at 46.5 as of Nov. 8, 2026, ahead of Florida’s Skye Blakely at 36.7 and UCLA’s Jordan Chiles at 35.1.
Does the NIL Score show how much money a gymnast earns?
No. The RallyFuel NIL Score measures NIL momentum on a 100-point scale. It is not a contract value, a payment or an earnings estimate.
Why do some gymnasts rank high with a performance score of zero?
The composite uses four parts. When the performance part has no value on a profile, NIL visibility, social power and fan demand decide the score.
Which school has the most gymnasts in the top 10?
Utah has three: Avery Neff, Poppy-Grace Stickler and Clara Raposo. Florida has two.
